HireForge exists because we got tired of buying AI tools that needed prompt-engineering before they did real work.

Generic AI is a calculator that needs you to write the equation every time. The actual work — the brand voice, the customer context, the procurement constraints, the way your team actually communicates — sits in your head and doesn’t survive between sessions. We built the platform we wanted as operators: a marketplace of pre-built employees, each fluent in your business from their first hour on the job.

The bar we set: every agent in the catalog should produce work that a senior operator would ship without rewriting. That bar is enforced by an eval harness running every Sunday at 5 AM, a brand-leak validator running on every output, and on-demand LLM judges for groundedness and instruction-follow. When quality drops, we know before customers do.

We don’t crowdsource agents from a community marketplace. Every agent is built and maintained by us. Weekly improvements ship automatically — gated by regression tests against your own golden cases. You always run the best version, never a regression.

Two tiers, one foundation.

Self-serve operators get the same agents, the same eval harness, the same brand-aware foundation as our $10K white-glove customers. The difference is who does the onboarding and how the infrastructure is configured — automated and shared for self-serve; senior-operator-led and dedicated for white-glove. Same forge. Same fire.

What we built it on.

HireForge runs on Claude (Anthropic) for reasoning, deployed on Vercel with Clerk for auth, Cloudflare for DNS and edge, and a strict security baseline (HSTS, CSP, MFA-required auth, encryption at rest, audit logs, SOC 2 Type 2 vendor stack end-to-end). We pick boring infrastructure deliberately. The interesting work happens at the agent layer — the infrastructure should never be the story.

A blacksmith doesn’t mass-produce. They forge each piece deliberately, anneal it under controlled conditions, temper it, and put their mark on it. That’s how we build agents — one role at a time, hardened against drift, marked by the quality gates they passed. We’re not trying to be the Walmart of AI tools.
